This comprehensive renovation reimagined the client’s kitchen, dining area, and main bathroom, creating a modern, functional, and visually cohesive living space. The primary goal was to open the layout and incorporate a dedicated work area for one of the clients who works from home.

The original kitchen was limited by a small footprint with a narrow 30-inch arched entry from the dining room, a secondary entry from the back hallway, and a pantry closet that reduced usable space. To improve flow and functionality, we extended the kitchen countertop into a seamless multi-purpose workspace, providing a dedicated and efficient area for remote work.

One of the main structural challenges involved exterior walls that were more than one and a half inches out of square. To resolve this, we custom-fitted cabinetry with shims and modified the upper corner cabinet to conceal the uneven structure. New cabinetry, updated windows, a rear entry door, and floating shelves that matched the island cabinetry were installed. A refreshed backsplash and new flooring tied the room together, while a custom concealed broom closet was designed to utilize the narrow space beside the refrigerator.

The main bathroom received a full upgrade with new fixtures, lighting, tile and flooring, transforming it into a brighter and more re
